VANCE JOY RIPTIDE

Who is ready for a guilty pleasure indie-folk-pop summer single from melbourne based artist Vance Joy. It's his second off of the debut album 'God Loves You While Your Dancing'. Basically this song can be likened to kitten youtube videos. His vocals and music remind me a lot of Matt Costa in how light and up beat they are. Pretty adorable. Out now on Liberation Music. THE LUMINEERS STUBBORN LOVE FENNEC & WOLF EDIT

I am a huge fan of the Lumineers  Stubborn Love and was kind of knocked over by this remix (They're a bit in the Mumford and Sons vein). It's not the typical thing I go for (handdrums can be a gateway genre to some weird shit) and I love how Fennec&Wolf really work with the song and don't rip it apart into an unrecognizable mess of electronic noise. Props dudes.
